If your appliance is still under Miele's factory warranty, warranty service must go through Miele; for everything out of warranty, we are usually faster to the door.

How much does Miele repair cost in Portland?

My Miele dishwasher shows F11 / F24 / F70 — what does it mean?

F11 is a drain fault (pump, filter or hose), F24 a heater relay fault, F70 means the Waterproof System found water in the base — a leak. These codes narrow the search but don't name the part; we confirm on-site with Miele's service mode before quoting.

How long do Miele parts take?

Genuine Miele parts ship from Miele USA, typically 5–10 business days — slower than Whirlpool or GE. Common wear items (drain pumps, inlet valves, door seals, filters) we try to keep on the truck. We give you the lead time before you approve the repair.

Is it worth repairing a 10-year-old Miele?

Usually yes. Miele designs for a 20-year service life and the frames, motors and pumps hold up — most 8–12 year old units need one mid-range repair, not replacement. We tell you honestly on diagnostic if a repair doesn't make sense.
