$120 flat diagnostic per visit + labor (from $170, depending on the fault) + parts — the same diagnostic fee as our residential service, no commercial surcharge. If several machines are down in one laundry room we diagnose them in one visit. The full quote is given on site before any work starts, and the diagnostic is waived if you proceed with the repair.
Yes — laundromats, apartment and condo laundry rooms, hotels and motels, gyms, spas, and salons. We repair the machine itself (mechanical, electrical, heating, controls). Third-party payment systems and card readers are serviced by their own vendors, but we'll tell you on site if that's where the fault is.
Usually yes: a failed heating element or gas igniter, a tripped high-limit thermostat, or an airflow restriction. The diagnostic finds which one. Vent cleaning itself is not a service we sell — if the vent is the problem we tell you and you can bring in a duct-cleaning company.
Yes. We work with property managers, route operators, and multi-location accounts — NET-30 invoicing, clear service notes per machine, and one point of contact. Ask dispatch to set up a business account when you book.
Repair first. If a machine is truly beyond economical repair we tell you at the diagnostic and can arrange a like-for-like replacement through our partners. We don't do new laundry-room build-outs or payment-system installs.
Most jobs booked before noon get a same-day visit. Evenings and weekends, next-day. Dispatch is open 7am–7pm Pacific, 7 days, with a real human — no voicemail.
