We are an independent repair company. Our lead technician Andrew holds Sub-Zero, Thermador and Whirlpool factory training, every technician is EPA 608 certified for sealed-system work, and we install genuine OEM parts only. Repairs still covered by a manufacturer's warranty must go through the manufacturer; for everything out of warranty we are usually the faster call.
Built-ins are heavier, sit flush in cabinetry and often carry custom panels, so the job starts with protecting the floor and the millwork and ends with re-aligning doors and panels. We send technicians who do this regularly, bring the hardware for your model, and never pull a unit out of the cabinet unless the repair truly requires it.
$120 flat diagnostic ($150 for dishwashers), applied to the repair. Most premium-brand repairs total $400–$900 with parts; sealed-system work on Sub-Zero, Thermador and Monogram refrigeration runs $1,100–$1,900. You get a written estimate with the part lead time before anything is ordered, and you only pay after the on-site diagnosis.
Common wear parts for Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, JennAir, KitchenAid and Monogram — fan motors, ice maker components, igniters, sensors, gaskets — ride on every truck. Brand-specific electronics and European parts (Miele, Gaggenau, Fisher & Paykel) are ordered after diagnosis, usually 3–10 business days; we tell you the lead time before you approve.
