My expensive Sub-Zero fridge started having issues and I was pretty worried about getting it fixed. I booked Redline Appliance Repair through their website and it was super easy. Tech Alex came out the same day, took a look, and knew exactly what was wrong. He was really professional, explained everything clearly, and did the repair carefully without rushing. Bogdan and Alex did fantastic repair and brought back to life our 1983 (43 years) Subzero refrigerator. New ones will not fit our cabinet. Everyone else told us "not repairable" and they did it. Our five-year-old Bosch refrigerator first stopped making ice, then stopped keeping things cold. With fears of needing to replace it, I went down the list of appliance repair shops near me until I found one open on a Sunday (!) who could come that day (!!) and who wouldn't charge jacked-up rates on a weekend (!!!). So it was icing on the cake when Alex came, on time, and quickly and calmly diagnosed the problem: it needed a defrost. Really happy with the service I got. My fridge suddenly stopped cooling and I was honestly expecting the worst. They sent someone out pretty quickly, and it turned out to be the compressor. Clothes dryer was making a heck of a racket. I was lucky enough to get an appointment the next day. Alex showed up on time, and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. He showed me exactly what was causing it. He also pointed out that the worn-out part was one of four identical parts, any of which might fail soon. He asked me if I wanted to be proactive and replace them now, while the dryer was disassembled. There was absolutely no pressure by him to do so. Of course, I said yes.
