Our five-year-old Bosch refrigerator first stopped making ice, then stopped keeping things cold. With fears of needing to replace it, I went down the list of appliance repair shops near me until I found one open on a Sunday (!) who could come that day (!!) and who wouldn't charge jacked-up rates on a weekend (!!!). So it was icing on the cake when Alex came, on time, and quickly and calmly diagnosed the problem: it needed a defrost.
