Service call and pricing

Our diagnostic / service call fee is $120. If you proceed with the repair, this fee is waived and you only pay for parts and labor. All estimates are provided on-site before any work begins.

Warranty

We warrant labor and any parts installed by Redline for 90 days from the date of the repair. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or work performed by another party after our service.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge with at least 2 hours notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be billed for the technician's travel time.

Payment terms

Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and checks. Commercial accounts may request NET-30 invoicing — see our business page.

Limitation of liability

Redline's liability for any single repair is limited to the amount paid for that repair. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
