I've experienced 2 problems at the same time - fridge and dryer. Fridge didn't cool enough and dryer didn't heat up at all. I called and they set up an appointment for the next day. Technician Andrew showed up right on time and got everything fixed in 3 hours. I'm glad he had parts and I didn't have to wait for a days. Nice personality and great service. I'm impressed! This has been the best customer service experience I've had so far. I had a problem with my LG fridge that shut down after only six hours of use. I had previously tried two other companies, who charged me a $70 service call fee but couldn't fix it. They wanted to replace parts one by one, estimating a cost of around $1000. However, when Alex from Redline Appliance Repair came on the same day, he offered a repair cost 4X TIMES LOWER than the others and fixed it on-site! I highly recommend these guys for their honesty and professionalism. I even got a free maintenance and 6-month warranty afterwards!

I am VERY pleased with their service from Redline Appliance repair. So long story short - I called some guys from another company and got a crazy estimate for $650 to repair my over freezing issue, they said they need to replace some kind of a module but come on, it can’t cost so much! I called Alex and he showed up on the same day after sending me several texts letting me know how close he was to arriving at my house. Once here, he put booties over his shoes (even though I said it was okay if he didn't want to wear it). He put towels down in the workspace and didn't leave any mess after completion of the repair. It turned out my freezer needed a new defrost sensor and he was nice enough to replace it for me on the same day, saving me a LOT of hassle and money. I literally paid 3x times lower price for the fix. His price was extremely reasonable for the amount of time and effort it took to get the fridge working again. I highly recommend him and will use him for any future appliance repairs I have.

I can’t say enough good things about Alex. He is very professional, honest, courteous and good at what he does. He came to find what caused my freezer to stop working. After spending almost an hour of evaluating and examining he concluded what the cause was but said his company no longer repairs my type of issue. He said since he didn’t do any repair the service fee is waived. Can you believe that?! Not charging for service call? We would definitely use him again for other appliance repair!
